Every entrepreneur knows that a good idea does not guarantee success – it must be sold. Similarly, we know our simple, low cost, technologies can have only limited impact unless they are effectively marketed.
Village of Phum Thom - Rudi's Birth Village
BB2C promotes the pumps to the rural poor through:
- Demonstrating the pumps at community meetings in the villages where we work. Because the farmers are risk averse, we discovered that we must return again and again to the village. The demonstrations and meetings are conducted by our in-country facilitator, Ysa Benjamin.
